Marcus has a very well put together home. Everything was nice the furniture was well placed. Home was clean and looked just like the photos. I will definitely return anytime I'm in the Columbia area.

My Family and I enjoyed our stay, so very much. The house was neat and clean. The location was also perfect. My Grands enjoyed the pool 🤗. Marcus kept the lines of communication open. I appreciate that the fact that Marcus had a guy to come out and check the plumbing out for us 👍🏾 I’ll definitely give this house and Marcus, a 10/20. Again Marcus. THANK YOU 💙

This house is amazing and lots to do! Each room has a small tv and the master room is wonderful! The pool was clean and had pool activities to use for it!

A great location to get together for a girls weekend! The pool was clean and wonderful; there was plenty of space and amenities to use. The beds were comfortable as well. Highly recommend as a good location to spend time with others and not need to leave.

Good, responsive host. Location was cool except the water was way down on the lake. Obviously this is no fault of the host. I would double check with them before planning on docking a boat or going fishing.

Our stay was great, it a great neighborhood…nice and quiet. Be aware no parties are allowed before you book. The only issue was that when we arrived we not aware of the alarm system so it went off which I thought was going to be a mess, but the owner turned it off before any police arrived. This location has a great back patio with a grill and a fire pit…very nice and plenty of space.

This is a beautiful updated house, we really enjoyed our stay. The kayaks was definitely a plus! There is an awesome back porch for family time. We was initially going for a weekend to spend time on the lake. Unfortunately it rained the entire weekend, with the back porch in place we was still able to spend time outside. House was very clean upon the arrival. Easy accessible, convenient location to go to town and everything.

Unbelievable location and spotlessly clean! Thank you Mar Jay for letting us stay at the condo. We had a wonderful football weekend visit and thoroughly enjoyed the property including the thoughtful touches you provided. Can't wait to visit again!
